Los Angeles Dodgers Offering Special Seats in ‘Fully Vaccinated Fan Section’ – Face Mask Still Required
California officials recently announced that venues can create a caste system and make special sections for vaccinated people so they don’t have to sit near dirty lepers.
The Los Angeles Dodgers are offering special seats in a ‘fully vaccinated fan section’ for Saturday’s game against the Padres.
Fully vaccinated people attending Saturday’s game still have to wear face masks, but they won’t be required to social distance.
KTLA reported:
If you’re fully inoculated against COVID-19 and you can prove it, you are eligible to sit in a special section at Dodger Stadium designated for ticket holders who have received vaccines.
The tickets in the Loge level’s “fully vaccinated fan section” are currently only available for Saturday’s game against the San Diego Padres, according to the Los Angeles Dodgers website. Before entry into the vaccinated section, fans must show proof that at least two weeks have passed since their final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Once inside the designated section, those who are fully vaccinated will not be required to social distance. Instead, people who are seated in the section will be seated right next to other parties. Face coverings are required to be worn in the fully vaccinated-only sections, but they can be removed for eating and drinking if a person is in their designated seat.
