'Florida's worst cop' is fired for a SEVENTH time - but he's confident he'll get his job back (again)

'Florida's worst cop' has been fired for a seventh time - this time for failing to secure a crime scene - but he is confident he'll be able to get his job back. Again.

Sgt. German Bosque, 57, has been fired again from the City of Opa-Locka in Florida.

It's the seventh time the police force has fired him but he has always been able to get his job back through a combination of police union lawyers and bungled internal affairs investigations. Bosque has also beaten three arrests for alleged offenses.

His previous alleged violations include beating people up, hiding drugs in his car and going on vacation to Mexico while claiming he was sick.

In this most recent case, he is accused of failing to secure a crime scene and coaching a younger cop on how to lie about it once they were caught.

He says he is innocent and will get his job back.

'I’ve lost count. I don't know if it was the seventh or eighth time. It’s a wrongful termination. Again, I’ll be getting my job back again,

'Again, I’ll be getting my job back again,' he told The Miami Herald on Wednesday night.

'It's sad because I love policing.

'I don’t like corrupt cops. I hate when I’m portrayed as a dirty cop who slipped through the cracks,' he added.

Some of the past allegations against him include that he beat and handcuffed a youth counselor who wanted to file a complaint against him.

He was arrested in that case but he beat the charge in court.

According to the Herald, Bosque's latest dismissal came after he coached a junior cop on how to lie to Miami Dade officers after they showed up at a crime scene the younger cop had bungled by letting someone steal an abandoned gun.

Bosque was caught on his colleague's bodycam seeming to coach him about lying. The other cop was meant to be waiting at a crime scene until more help arrived but he left it unattended to go to his car and while he was gone, someone swapped a weapon that was there with a toy one

The younger cop is Luis Serrano.

He was meant to secure a crime scene at a boat, where a gun had been found, but he went back to his car briefly.

While he was away, someone swapped the real gun that was there for a pellet gun.

Miami Dade cops then showed up to investigate and found the toy instead.

Bodycam footage showed Bosque Serrano: 'What do we tell them you get to get in the car?

'When Serrano repeated that he’d gone to the car to look some paperwork, Bosque said “No. No. Something else, anything else...you thought it was going to rain and you came to get a tarp."'

It was caught by Serrano's body-cam.

The police department that keeps firing and rehiring Bosque has not commented on the most recent incident.

Bosque in court for a previous offense. He has beaten arrests for assault, and insists he is not a corrupt cop despite people claiming he has beaten them up when they try to report him
