Joe Biden used the fake news “Russian bounties” hit piece to attack Trump on the 2020 campaign trail.

Biden suggested Trump wouldn’t confront Putin about the bounties because Putin had something on Trump.

Psaki dodged the question like a coward: “I’m not going to speak to the previous administration.”
