Two people have been killed after a speeding red Porsche Boxster crashed and flew into the second floor of a commercial building in New Jersey on Sunday morning.
Braden DeMartin, 22, was driving the $50,000 car that hit a center median, struck an embankment and lurched into the building, killing himself and friend Daniel Foley, 23.
The sports car rammed into the second floor wall, more than 15 feet above ground, of the unoccupied Exit Realty building in Toms River.
The vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed as it headed northbound on Hooper Avenue, then lost control around 6.30am.

It's unclear who owned the car but Foley posted online that he was selling car parts - 13" 2000 Mustang Cobra R rotors and a Cobra hood - in July.
The starting price for a Porsche Boxster is $48,000 but the S model's recommended retail price is $59,000 and for an additional $3,500 buyers can add a PDK transmission which combines two gearboxes in one and increases the speed.
The building that houses Exit Realty also services three other businesses.
Firefighters from Brick, Laurelton Fire Company, Silverton Fire Company and the Toms River Fire Department attended the scene.
Police say there were no witnesses of the crash.
The area between Indian Hill Road and College Drive was shut down for seven hours and authorities are still investigating the accident.
