'Keep your light shining': Ivanka Trump celebrates the end of Hanukkah with a family photo taken in New York - before enjoying the snow at the White House with husband Jared Kushner
Ivanka Trump celebrated Hanukkah coming to an end by unveiling a new family portrait that appears to have been taken at their home in New York City.
The White House senior adviser took to Instagram on Thursday to post a photo of herself posing with her husband Jared Kushner and their three children: Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore.
'Wishing all who celebrate around the world happiness and peace as they light the final candle of Hanukkah this evening. Keep your "light" shining and be a source of radiance in this world!' Ivanka, 39, captioned the post.

Warm wishes: In her caption, the 39-year-old urged her followers to be a 'source of radiance'
The family is dressed to the nines in the image, which shows Ivanka a cutting stylish figure in a black skirt suit featuring an asymmetrical jacket and classic black heels.
Her blonde hair is pulled up with tendrils framing her face, and she stuck with natural-looking makeup, including a pink lip.
Praise: Commenters, including Nikki Haley, former Governor of South Carolina, gushed about the family photo
Ivanka topped off the look with stud earrings, and she also wore a thing red string bracelet on her left wrist.
Though she hasn't spoken about its purpose, it does bear a resemblance to the type of red string that Kabbalah practitioners wear to ward off the 'evil eye.'
The couple's only daughter, nine-year-old Arabella, is donning a festive green velvet dress and Mary Janes as she smiles for the camera. The little girl is the spitting image of her mother at that age.
Jared, 39, has on a fitted navy blue suit paired with a white button-down shirt and a matching striped tie.
Keeping with Jewish tradition, he has a yarmulke on his head, as do his sons Joseph, seven, and Theodore, four, who are wearing matching blue suits and ties.
The portrait appears to have been taken recently on the balcony at their apartment in New York City. The city's skyscrapers are blurred in the background and there looks to be frost on the glass railing.

It's unclear if the Trump-Kushners will return to New York City, where they already have a home, but signs point to them ending up in Florida.

Appealing to her base? Speculation has been swirling that Ivanka will run for the U.S. Senate in Florida in 2022
Speculation: The rumors started after she and Jared reportedly purchased a $31 million plot of land on Miami's 'Billionaire Bunker'
Speculation has been swirling that Ivanka will run for the U.S. Senate in Florida in 2022 after it was revealed that she and her husband Jared reportedly purchased a $31 million plot of land on Miami's 'Billionaire Bunker.'
Many believe that Ivanka and Jared will no longer be welcome in the same elite social circles they once ran in before her father became President - with the First Daughter's close friend Georgina Bloomberg admitting that it would be 'difficult' for the couple to return to Manhattan life.
'I think right now it’ll be a bit difficult for them coming back, because obviously this is something that is still very fresh and stoking everybody’s fire,' she told the Daily Beast last month.
Georgina hopes that in the future people 'will hopefully welcome them back' - however many reports have suggested that Ivanka and Jared may well be 'shunned' by the high-powered New Yorkers they once called friends.
Prior to Trump's presidency, Ivanka and Jared regularly socialized with high-profile city dwellers - and even attended the Met Gala on a number of occasions, where they schmoozed with some of the world's most famous celebrities.
Given that the event is organized by Vogue editor-in-chief and outspoken Trump critic Anna Wintour however, it seems unlikely that their pair will earn an invite to the prestigious event in the future.
