Coca Cola bottling heir lands in Puerto Rico with ANOTHER private jet filled with '$3million worth of cannabis' to plant the seeds a week after he was arrested in St Kitts with actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers

Coca Cola bottling heir Alki David's private plane has landed in Puerto Rico with a $3 million haul of cannabis hemp seeds and plant clones - just days after the billionaire's arrest and detention on the Caribbean island of St Kitts for a near-identical 'mercy mission'.
The billionaire's SwissX jet departed Million Air Hollywood Burbank airport, California, at 4.15pm PST yesterday and arrived in San Juan, Puerto Rico overnight with no arrests.
David and his team now plan to plant the seeds across the island on Wednesday.

Speaking on the steps of his private plane minutes before departure, Alki David exclusively told MailOnline: 'I am coming to Puerto Rico with my master growers, millions of dollars of hemp seed, and a plan to affect change.
'Hurricane Alki will hit and save the island.
'What we do will be historic - a model for how struggling countries in the Caribbean can launch a major economic turnaround.
'I bring the Swissx Express to Puerto Rico on a mission of agricultural relief. 'Since Donald Trump has turned his back on these U.S. citizens, it's up to the business sector to find ways to help the territory rebuild.'
The controversial billionaire made headlines around the world last week when he was locked up by police upon arrival in St Kitts on suspicion of drug smuggling.
Authorities chose to ignore David's claims that his stash of cannabis seeds and plants were low in tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), and thus legal.
Puerto Rico passed new legislation in July 2017 regulating some forms of medicinal cannabis. However, adult-use cannabis remains illegal in the US territory.
Alki David said: 'When I land it will be cool.
'I just want to help people, to provide relief for farmers in the region, and create a solution that can replace crops lost to Hurricane Maria.
'Hurricane Alki brings peace and love and CBD.'

Upon arrival in St Kitts Alki David had told his fans live on Snapchat that he would be welcomed with 'open arms' by the island.
However, after a night in in the local prison the billionaire posted $300,000 in bail and fled the island in his jet.
The billionaire is set to return to St Kitts face trial on the island on September 23rd this year.
Ray J, the singer made famous for his sex tape with Kim Kardashian, was scheduled to be on Alki David's jet to Puerto Rico but reportedly cancelled at the last moment.
'It's a real shame,' said Alki David. 'Ray J was meant to be with me here today.'
'He's the greatest guy in the world but sadly his wife did not want him to take the risk.
'Puerto Rico is going to love what they see when we arrive. 'We are fielding offers from governments around the region, they want to develop similar projects.
'SwissX growing cooperatives will be modelled after agricultural business practices used in Switzerland for hundreds of years.
'We are set to will create thousands of jobs and improve local economies exponentially.
'The people will smile, tomorrow I plan to use a helicopter to plant my first hundred acres in Santa Isabel!
'Let the fun begin.'
The billionaire heir to the Leventis-David group, which owns the Coca-Cola Hellenic bottling plants, is scheduled to return to the island on September 23 to appear in court on charges of possession with an intent to supply, possession of controlled drugs and importation of a controlled drug into the federation.
The large haul of hemp cloned plants and seeds were seized as evidence, but St Kitts authorities will now have to assume care of the plants until his court date, according to David, by which time it looks likely cannabis will be legal on the island following a recent court decision overturning some of the country's anti-drug laws.
Speaking exclusively to the DailyMail.com about his intended venture, David said: 'There are very exciting plans to invest and transform the area with new plantations, I will drive that through in every way I can.
'There has been a lot of crazy and insane drama this week and I now want to move on from these episodes in a spirit of love and harmony.'
The billionaire also expressed his love of the island and hoped his planned venture would bring prosperity to the island, adding: 'I want to help this special island. Youth unemployment is very high and there is a chance to give a total boost to the area.
'I want do positive things for the beautiful island. I love St Kitts and I love their people. A near future awaits where we will grow thousands of acres of special plants.'
David, Ergen and Meyers were pulled aside by custom officials and held for eight hours after arriving on Saturday May 11. All three were later released but David was subsequently arrested Monday as he tried to leave the island.
After posting $300,000 bail David was able to leave. Ergen remains in hospital on the island for unspecified reasons, although it is understood he has family locally.
Meyers was held briefly and allowed to depart. He was with his wife and mother-in-law and in understood to be longterm friends with David, but unconnected to the business.
A statement from Alki David's legal team said: 'Alki David has cleared up the situation with the authorities in St. Kitts-Nevis and his passport has been returned to him.
'He looks forward to continuing plans to develop the medicinal cannabis industry on the island, bringing new prosperity to its citizens.'
Footage obtained by the DailyMail.com shows David boarding the private jet minus the cannabis plants but with his SwissX CBD oil products that he planned to unveil on the island still boxed.
David told DailyMail.com on Monday: 'Jonathan Rhys Meyers' mother-in-law and wife were cavity searched. We left the airport after the search but were then arrested after trying to leave the island a few days later.'
Ergen was then reportedly arrested for drug possession days later after being found with what David claims is medicinal ketamine and remains locked up.
David called his business partner's arrest a 'set up' and said the additional drugs were in fact his medication.
He added: 'This was his medication for bi polar. He was talking to Prime Minister Harris when he was suddenly arrested. He is going into his second night behind bars.'
A statement from the two men said they were 'working to make sure the island takes its rightful place as a leader in the world's fastest growing industry - legal CBD hemp.
'Our intention is to work with the government, the courts, the banks, the business sector, and the farmers to develop a fair system that creates thousands of jobs on the island and uses Swissx's international distribution network to make St. Kitts-Nevis cannabis products among the most sought after in the world.
'It is our intention to quickly see a surge in the nation's GDP that will benefit everyone. This is an economic development initiative for raising the quality of life in conjunction with local SKN Caribbean partners. Former PM Denzil Douglas is working closely with us.
'We've have met with Prime Minister Harris to talk about coordinating support efforts before we leave next week for meetings in Dominica and other Caribbean island nations that have shown great interest in our cooperative partnership.
'Those talks have broken down and led to the arrests of David and Ergen. David and Ergen's legal team has arrived from the UK and will be filing lawsuits against PM Harris and the government this week.'
