Real estate agent claims she was raped by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in front of her 8-year-old son, trafficked to other men, including a judge, and told she would be fed to alligators if she went to the cops

Jeffrey Epstein repeatedly raped a Florida real estate agent with the help of Ghislaine Maxwell, in front of her eight-year-old son, and then threatened to feed her to alligators when she said she would report the crime, according to a new lawsuit.

The Turkish-born woman was 26 at the time that the attacks began, in January 2008.

They continued for at least five months, culminating in Epstein forcing the woman to undergo vaginal surgery to make her appear as a virgin. The surgery, she said, was carried out 'in a wealthy person's home by a man with a Russian accent' and left her mutilated and permanently damaged.

The court documents, obtained by The Miami Herald, were filed on March 22. A hearing is scheduled in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday.

Epstein died by suicide in August 2019, aged 66, while awaiting trial in jail. His estate is facing numerous civil suits.

Maxwell, 59, his former girlfriend and alleged accomplice, was arrested in July in New Hampshire and is currently in jail in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

On Monday additional charges were filed against Maxwell, alleging that she trafficked a 14-year-old girl for sex.

The Turkish woman was older than some of the other accusers, but in court documents said that she looked much younger, and was told to tell the men she was trafficked to that she was 17.

She said that she met Epstein and Maxwell sometime in late 2006 or early 2007 at a barbeque hosted by her employer, who knew Epstein well.

She was told by her boss that Epstein wanted to rent a property in the area, and she found Epstein a place for $10,000 a month. He paid in cash, she claimed, and she was directed not to identify the tenant.

Epstein told her he wanted to hire her to work for him, and began showering her with gifts and the promise of finding her and her then-husband 'highly-placed' employment, the Miami Herald reported.

In the middle of 2007, Maxwell took her passport for 'safekeeping'.

The woman said she later learnt Epstein kept it in a locked box inside his Palm Beach estate.

In January 2008, after repeated requests from Maxwell, the woman - also a trained hairdresser - agreed to go to Epstein's Palm Beach mansion and give him a haircut.

She arrived at the house to find Epstein naked. With Maxwell's assistance, the paper says, Epstein raped her - threatening her with the guns he kept at home to end her resistance.

He gave her $200 after the attack.

When she said she would call the police, Maxwell claimed that she had already called the police and two men arrived, claiming to be officers.

They threatened to arrest her for prostitution, to take away her son and deport her, according to the suit.

Epstein and Maxwell got into the accuser's car, and ordered her to drive, picking up her eight-year-old son along the way. They pulled over by a waterway filled with alligators.

'Epstein then ushered the plaintiff to the body of water and told her in explicit detail that - as had happened to other women in the past, according to the pair - she would end up in this body of water and be devoured should she ever reveal what Epstein had done to her,' the suit says.

The woman said that she was taken to a hotel in Naples, Florida, where over several days she was repeatedly raped by Epstein and Maxwell in the presence of her son.

She claims that, over the next five months until May 2008, they threatened and intimidated her by emphasizing Epstein's influence over the FBI, immigration authorities, and Florida state and local law enforcement.

She was repeatedly photographed and videotaped naked and performing lewd activities during this time, she said.

Epstein promised to help find her husband a job with the FBI, and used that incentive and others as leverage to force her to have sex with other men, including an older, heavyset man named 'Walter,' and another older man who said he was a local judge.

In April 2008 she was directed to keep a locked box for Epstein, which she was instructed she could never open or she would be killed.

She was also given burner phones and other electronic devices that Epstein was seeking to hide from law enforcement authorities.

Maxwell retrieved the materials after a month.

In May 2008 she was taken to the house for the vaginal surgery, against her wishes, at the request of a 'high profile client', according to the suit.

She did not specify when the abuse ended.

Epstein's attorneys at the time were negotiating a plea deal with prosecutors over sexual offenses.

He was sentenced on June 30, 2008, and immediately sent to the Palm Beach County jail, where he would serve 13 months, much of it on work release at a nonprofit company he set up in West Palm Beach.

Epstein completed his sentence in 2009, and was free until he was indicted again in July 2019 on sex trafficking charges in the Southern District of New York.

Maxwell's attorney has not commented on the latest case.
