Everything Musk go! Elon sells four of his Los Angeles mansions to high-powered real estate developer with an asking price of $62.5million after vowing to sell all of his material possessions

Elon Musk has signed a letter of intent to sell another four of his multi-million dollar California properties.
The four Los Angeles homes were listed on Zillow as a combined multi-property listing with an asking price of $62.5million.
This comes several weeks after he put two Bel Air homes on the market for $39.5million and another home in Hillsborough, California, for $35million following a Twitter rant where he vowed to sell off his material possessions.
In a series of tweets on May 1, the Tesla founder, who according to Forbes is worth more than $38billion, announced that he intends to sell 'almost all physical possessions'.
'Will own no house,' Musk wrote.
Just days later on May 4, it was revealed that the billionaire had listed two Bel Air properties on Zillow.
DailyMail.com has learned the latest properties to go have been snapped up by Arya Chalon, LLC, a new entity led by prolific mega-mansion developer and designer Ardie Tavangarian for an undisclosed amount.

It features five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an oval pool and a private guest cottage.
In November 2013, Musk purchased the three-quarter-acre Bel Air home for $6.75million. Musk has since turned the property into a private school.

In total, he has spent more than $100million for seven properties since 2012, according to The Wall Street Journal.
Musk bought two homes in 2015: a modest ranch house for $4.3million and $20million mansion.
A year later, Musk purchased a large, unfinished home for $24.25million. All three homes sit on the cul-de-sac of five homes.
Musk assured his followers that the selling of his possessions was not financially motivated.
'Don't need the cash. Devoting myself to Mars and Earth. Possession just weigh you down,' Musk tweeted.
Musk’s fortune jumped by $24.4 billion this year to $51.7 billion, making him the world’s 17th-richest person, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
